I am a meta-scientist and Assistant Professor in Social Research Methods at Heriot-Watt University, in Scotland.
My research on the threats and obstacles to scientific progress has led me to develop a theory to understand and measure knowledge.
Guided by these results, I have conceived and built comCensus to help address the problem of Organisational Silence, which is spreading to all sectors of society and prevents us from tapping into our collective knowledge and intelligence.
bring people together to explore the consensus on contentious and complex questions
supports leaders in making better informed, more inclusive and intelligent decisions
informs organizations and the public on what experts and communities actually think and know
speak honestly about what they feel, believe, think and know,
and freely decide whether to listen or not to what others say
discover every side of a controversy, to understand how much consensus there actually is and to consider alternative viewpoints
share relevant thoughts, experiences, and information and explore any idea without fear of being judged or censored
change opinion, and help others change theirs, free from external pressures and from any undue shame or embarrassment
